We assemble and brief our team and will arrive at your specified location on average in approximately two hours*.
PICKUP
Your items are collected and then taken to our processing plant to be inventoried and begin the deodorization and cleaning process. If you wish to set aside a priority order of clothing to be returned to you as quickly as possible, we are happy to accommodate as well as send a copy of your itemized inventory upon request.
RESTORATION BEGINS
Once we have written authorization your items will be placed in our Ozone treatment Room. Ozone is the second most powerful sterilizer in the world and can be used to destroy bacteria, viruses and odors safely on fabrics.

GETTING DIRTY
Then the real work begins as our team of specialists inspects and catalogs every item you have sent us. Then denotes how each item should be cared for. An average size restoration order takes between two and three weeks to complete. This depends upon the time of year, extent of damage and volume of items involved.
In the event an item cannot be restored you, nor your insurance company will be charged for the cleaning of garments/household goods that are unrestored due to soot, smoke or water stains, unresolved smoke odor and/or burns.
BACK TO YOU
Delivery to Permanent Residence: Once your order is finished and ready to be delivered back to you. Our project manager will be in touch to setup a delivery date and time window.
Delivery to Temporary Residence: If you will be in a temporary residence that cannot accommodate your clothing or household items, Arrow can offer storage options to you and your insurance company. Upon your return to a permanent residence, we ask that you accept full delivery of your order within two weeks of your return.
