OUR PROCESS FROM START TO FINISH

Our guarantee means that neither you, nor your insurance company will be charged for the cleaning of garments/household goods that are unrestored due to the fire or water damage.
  • Your garments are picked up and taken to our processing plant for deodorization and cleaning. You will be sent a copy of an itemized inventory upon request.

  • You may wish to set aside a priority order of clothing to be returned to you as quickly as possible.

  • An average size restoration order takes between two and three weeks to complete. This depends upon the time of year, extent of damage and volume of clothing involved. When you are ready for final delivery, you need to call to arrange a date and time for delivery.

  • If you will be in a temporary residence that cannot accommodate your clothing or household items, Arrow provides free storage services for up to six months to you and your insurance company.

  • During the time your goods are stored, you may call and make arrangements to visit our facility to select clothing from your order. Appointments are available Monday through Friday, 7:30-2:00.

  • Upon your return to a permanent residence, we ask that you accept full delivery of your order within two weeks of your return.

  • Manufacturer’s care labels will be strictly followed unless otherwise informed. Typically, manufacturer’s instructions are correct, but not all are 100% correct. Occasionally an item will not withstand the recommended cleaning process. This failure to clean is not a result of the fire/water damage. For these reasons, we accept your damaged items subject to your no-fault agreement.

  • Arrow will not begin restoration work until receiving written authorization. If you were unavailable during our assessment and pickup, you must sign the authorization form and return it immediately in the envelope provided.

  • Our guarantee means that neither you, nor your insurance company will be charged for the cleaning of garments/household goods that are unrestored due to the fire or water damage. This means that the cost of cleaning any items that are burned, have soot or smoke stains, water stains or unresolved smoke odor, will be credited to your insurance company.
